What does a reiki session look like?
We start by getting into a comfortable lying down or sitting position. Going into a meditative state using breath, sound, and suggestions. I do an invocation to begin the session calling my helpers and guides as well as the clients’ higher self and guides, and connecting to Reiki and other high healing energies.
The session begins and is fully guided by your higher self, your soul level if you will.
I always start with the head, the 6th and 7th chakras – your connection with Spirit and your third eye. I do a clearing of negative entities and energies, alignment of the chakras, repairing galactic and grounding chords, clearing aura and cell level repair. Then we proceed with the session. Everything I say are not my words but the words spoken by guides and helpers, all suggestions are for you, all visualizations are coming from them and your higher self. I am in a trance like state and am open to visitations from ancestors or visuals that may be shown to me, blocked energies that are asking to release.
My hands are moving around your chakras, aura, and meridian points and held longer at the locations that I’m called to spend more time on. I intuitively know where blockages in meridian pathways need to be cleared and use pressure point to clear the blockages.
The experience will leave you feeling light and grounded, more deeply connected to your higher wiser self, feeling of being bathed with love, feeling of connecting with your true essence, meeting and spending time with your best friends over many lifetimes, feeling of spending time with Spirit and being healed. You will have a knowing of being supported on the spiritual journey.
After the session and in the days following it you might feel symptoms of a healing crisis (increased sensitivity, some irritability, tiredness) and would need more rest, water, sleep, gentle exercise and stretching to further help the process. Do not be alarmed, this is all for you and your higher self knows if it is time for you to go through a deeper release and will only do so if you are ready.
